The GCP Team

GCP's management philosophy is simple and based upon responsibility coupled with mutual respect. Therefore GCP operates on a horizontal hierarchy chain rather than vertical one. Although there are defined roles, workers often have to perform duties outside their given specialty which forces everyone to work as a team. Individuals who work at GCP want to work there because GCP has created an environment that encourages creativity and achievement not self promotion and individuality.

In addition GCP's work team possesses a breadth of functional experience in sourcing, engineering, strategic planning, importing & exporting, product development, and professional services. The organizational structure reflects GCP's intentions to maintain an organization that is customer oriented and technologically proficient, while efficiently managing cost controls and productivity. Russell Bula
As Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the company, Russell brings 33 years of business experience to GCP. With an Engineering background Russ has developed international sales for specialty plastics and rubber products in Automotive, Food Packaging and many Industrial segments.

Paul Kling
Paul manages sales for the company in our Northern United States region. He has nearly twenty-five years of sales and marketing experience in the industrial products arena. Paul's business experience and technical expertise in plastics, thermoplastics and rubber products span across a variety of specialty areas.

Craig Mottershead
As one of the newest members to the GCP team, Craig's background includes a degree in business and economics with a concentration in marketing. Since joining the company a year ago his main responsibility has been in the development, management and integration of GCP's marketing programs. The youngest member of our team, Craig's commitment to developing his market and product knowledge over the past year has been of great value to the compnay, our customers and our suppliers. Craig's focus is on continually improving GCP's position in the industrial products marketplace and in developing new strategies to provide increased value to all of our partners.

Robert Penn
Robert manages sales for the company in our Gulf Coast region. He has over 20 years experience in distributor, manufacturing, and wholesale sales servicing the petro-chemical, automotive, mining, and oil-field markets.

Nathan Pike
Nathan has worked with GCP for more than 5 years in a variety of capacities and roles. With an honors education in business and economics and an active leader in the community Nathan is currently the Director of Sales and Marketing for the company. His focus is on continually enhancing the value we provide to all of our customers and suppliers.

George Qu
As Director of our China Operations for the company, George brings his 7 years of China working experience and 6 years of Canadian experience to us. With chemical engineering and international trading background, George helps develop suppliers as well as products to meet our North American customers' expectations.

Melanie Tonkin
Melanie with a degree in business administration wears many hats for the company including; logistics, order management, inside sales and customer service to name a few. In her three years since joining GCP, Melanie has worked hard to continue to develop GCP's communication and back-end operations to effectively track shipments and provide accurate, up-to-date information for our customers. Melanie's dedication and commitment to excellent service ensures she is continually developing new ways to enhance our customer's experience.

Tony Yang
As the China Sourcing Manager for the company, Tony is responsible for sourcing manufactures and industrial products from China with supreme quality and delivery conditions. Tony brings 12 years of business experience in China to the company.
