HOSE CAPABILITIES
Auto Hose - The product is fabricated using an EPDM elastomeric compound and contains no reclaimed rubber. The shell is seamless with a smooth bore and free of defects that would hinder its performance. The rubber material provides flexibility and resistance to heat, windshield wiper solvent and coolant. Use for under the hood automotive applications.

Chemical Transfer Hose - Is a premium chemical spray/transfer hose that is silicone free with excellent chemical resistance, great low temperature properties and extremely light weight. A great feature of this hose is the pin pricked cover vapor vents that help prevent against ballooning. Application for high pressure spray as well as solvent and chemical transfer.

Dock Hose - is manufactured and designed for medium-high pressure applications. This product is made from premium quality oil resistant rubber coupled with nylon cord and embedded helix steel wire. These materials combined provide outstanding performance, with increased kink resistance and excellent flexibility which allows for long service life and excellent weather resistance. The built in 150 pound ANSI flanges provide a complete assembly for our customer's high-quality dock hose.

Food Transfer Hose - Is specially engineered for elevated pressure and temperature application made with a wire helix for suitable suction and discharge and a smooth inner sanitary surface for unrestricted flow. Hydraulic Hose - This type of hose can bear high pressure and has superior pulse property as it's made of a special synthetic rubber that is comprised of oil-resistance, heat-resistance, and age-resistance chemicals. This style is normally long and can reach lengths of over 100 meters or 328 feet. This product is often used in transportation of hydraulic oil, fuel, lubricant and air.

Oil Suction and Discharge - This hose has the double properties of bearing both positive and negative pressures. The hose has good bending property with the body being firm but flexible enough to adapt to different working conditions. Normally used under the pressure of - 80kpa (600mm mercury) for mineral oil, heavy oil, engine oil, diesel fuel, gasoline and kerosene applications.

Sand Blast Hose - The inside layer of the hose is made from ware resistant rubber, which increases the durability and performance. While the outside layer is comprised of an anti aging rubber that keeps the hose looking new. This type of hose is often used in wind pressure, or sand spraying machinery. Note the burst of pressure from the hose is four times or generally higher than the working pressure.

The body is soft which makes it easy to adapt for different working conditions and light for easy transport. Water Suction and Discharge - Provides great flexibility, while maintaining a solid body structure. The hose also has the capability of bearing both negative and positive pressure, while maintaining its performance and even pressure. Warning the burst of pressure is three times or higher than working pressure.
