CELLULAR RUBBER CAPABILITIES
EPDM - A superior rubber sheet for outdoor and high ozone environment applications EPDM rubber also provides better resistance to acids, alkali and ketones than other rubber sheets. EPDM sheet is used for roofing and automotive applications where high temperature (up to 150°C) and excellent aging characteristics are required. However, EPDM sheet has poor resistance to fuels, oils and alcohols.

EVA/PE - Rubber has great resilience suitable for protection, its light weight low density provides good thermal insulation. In addition the rubber is waterproof, elastic for flexibility and has a soft cushion feel for great absorption. This product comes in a verity of colours including white, gary, red, blue etc. EVA / PE has been used a lot for sporting goods and medical care products.

NBR/PVC Blend - A fabulous rubber sheet that is compounded similar to traditional NBR and compatible with all types of fillers, process aids, and curatives of NBR rubber. It provides excellent fuel resistance, ozone protection and abrasion resistance while maintaining excellent extrusion characteristics. This product has a long lasting life with excellent performance, it is light weight, with flexible properties that allow it to be bent and folded. Silicone - Provides a high tare resistance, can bear high stress and has anti-aging / anti-corrosion agents that make it good for working with oil in low to high temperature applications maxing out at 200o C. This material is also elasticity strong, poison free, and odor free which makes it perfect for pharmacy, chemical and food industry applications. Alternate uses include punch oil seals, washers and sealing strips.
