PremleneTM Sheet Rubber Products are engineered elastomers manufactured using a high percentage of renewed rubber and in a variety of polymers, including neoprene, nitrile, gum, EPDM, butyl, viton, hypalon and silicone. Our products are designed to meet commercial, premium and AASHTO specifications.
SHEET PRODUCTS
Butyl - A black sheet with superior absorption properties and resistance to weathering and heat. Butyl rubber sheet has excellent electrical resistance and low permeability to air. This makes the sheet suited for a broad range of outdoor and aqueous chemical tank lining applications. Available in Black 70 Duro.

EPDM - A superior rubber sheet for outdoor and high ozone environment applications. EPDM rubber also provides better resistance to acids, alkali and ketones than other rubber sheets. EPDM sheet is used for roofing and automotive applications where high temperature (up to 150°C) and excellent aging characteristics are required. However, EPDM sheet has poor resistance to fuels, oils and alcohols. Available in Black/White and with or with out cloth insert at 50, 60, 70, 90 Duro.

Gum Rubber (Pure) - A soft long-wearing natural rubber sheet that comes in its natural tan colour. This product has excellent abrasion and tear resistance. It also is very resilient and provides superior cushioning capability. Pure gum is not designed for outdoor or oil resistant applications. Often used for gaskets and sand/shot blast curtains due to its high abrasion resistance and resilience. Available in Black at 35 Duro in Red, Natural, Tan & 40 Duro in Natural, Tan also with cloth insert at 70 Duro.

Hypalon - A specialty black rubber sheet with exceptionally good resistance to environment conditions that will resist corrosive chemicals. This sheet is not recommended for aldehyde, aromatic or chlorinated solvents. Hypalon rubber sheet is recommended for long-life outdoor applications. Available in Black at 50 & 60 Duro

Neoprene - Is used where moderate oil and petroleum based solid resistances is required. PremeleneTM Neoprene is an excellent product used for vibration dampening as well as gasket applications. Available in Black at 40, 50, 60, 70, 80 Duro. Also available with cloth insert at 60 Duro.

Nitrile - Provides superior resistance to oils, solvents, gasoline and other hydrocarbon chemicals. Nitrile Matting is resistant to a broad range of aromatic oils and has greater resistance than oil resistant sheet or neoprene sheeting. Recommended for applications where rubber is in contact with oils and solvents. Available in Black at 50, 60, 70, 80 Duro and White at 60 Duro.

ORS - An economical black rubber sheet that has been specifically formulated to provide moderate oil and petroleum based solvent resistance. This sheet gives good weathering and ozone resistance for outdoor or unusual environmental conditions. This material is utilized in a broad range of applications from gaskets to chemical and transportation industries. Available in Black at 50, 60, 70 Duro.

PVC - The surface of the rubber is smooth with no cracks, bubbles, apparent impurities or unmixed auxiliary. There may be a few ripple lines but they do not hinder the performance of the product. Generally the rubber is a grey-green or brown, but other colours are available as well. This product is generally used for linings that require resistance to acid and alkaline corrosion or general electrical insulating seals.

Silicone - Provides a High Tear resistance, can bear high stress and has anti-aging / anti-corrosion agents that make it good for working with oil in low to high temperature applications maxing out at 200°C. This material is also elasticity strong, poison free, odor free which makes it perfect for pharmacy, chemical and food industry applications. Alternate uses include punch oil seals, washers and sealing strips. Available in standard Red or Orange at 40, 50, 60, 70, 80 Duro but other colours can be made upon customer request.

Fluoroelastomer - Black fluorelastomer sheet provides excellent resistance to heat, most chemicals and solvents. These properties make the sheet well suited for hot grease, engine and compressor type applications. In addition, fluoroelastomer sheet is resistant to a wide range of concentrated acids. Application for this sheet should be known and specified prior to use. Available in Black at 70 Duro.
