September 2023 Production Times

The average production time across our product lines remained constant, holding steady at 50.3 days. Within that there was some offsetting movement to two of our lines. The Premlene Engineered Structures line saw a 5-day increase in production time, whereas our National Silicone Foam lines experienced a 5-day reduction in production time. All other product lines maintained the same.

Following a challenging first half of the year for trade and manufacturing companies in China, production times from the region have remained fairly stable. Many facilities have been using the slow down to focus on enhancing their operational efficiency and productivity, offering a ray of optimism for economic expansion, even amid the persistent challenges confronting these factories both domestically and abroad.

GCP Sourced Hose

Regarding our hose line, we have not released a production number due to the temporary unavailability of an accurate production schedule. If you intend to place an order for our hose line, please contact us to find out the appropriate lead times.

September Production Times

Our September 2023 production times measure the change in days an average order will take to produce from the time it is submitted (all facilities). This includes the time it takes to book a container. However, it excludes ocean shipping and other transit times.
