The overall average production time for our product lines has decreased by one day, resulting in an average of 51.5 days. Both the Premlene Sheet Rubber and the National Silicone Foam lines experienced a reduction of five days in their production time. The production times for all other product lines remained the same.
Despite a notable decline in China’s export growth after a brief rebound in the first quarter of 2023, manufacturing lead times have remained relatively stable. Chinese production facilities have increased productivity, and we have been fortunate that the recent strike at the British Columbia port did not significantly impact our lead times.
GCP Sourced Hose
Regarding our hose line, we have not released a production number due to the temporary unavailability of an accurate production schedule. If you intend to place an order for our hose line, please contact us to find out the appropriate lead times.
July Production Times
Our July 2023 production times measure the change in days an average order will take to produce from the time it is submitted (all facilities). This includes the time it takes to book a container. However, it excludes ocean shipping and other transit times.
